Improve the collaboration, productivity, and happiness of your neurodiverse teams. In this workshop, we share valuable insights and practical tips with your neurodivergent employees and their colleagues.
More neurodiversity equals more innovation, more inclusive products and services, better customer experiences and increased employee satisfaction. We call this the power of neurodiverse teams.
With one in five people being neurodivergent (people with diverse brains such as those that are highly sensitive, introverted, gifted, or have ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other conditions), there is a considerable chance that you already have a neurodivergent colleague in your team. Yet, to unlock the power of these teams and meet the needs of neurodivergent employees, increased awareness within the team and a few adjustments benefiting the entire team may be necessary.
This workshop is designed for neurodivergent employees and their peers in companies to empower them to fully embrace the power of diverse brains, letting neurodivergent people be themselves, improving work relationships and collaborations, and increasing happiness at work.
What you’ll learn:
- Building awareness on neurodiversity in the workplace
- Focusing on collaboration and happiness
- Improving the productivity of the neurodiverse team
