Team spirit is the feeling of pride and loyalty among team members. This feeling ensures that team members perform well and feel safe and secure in their jobs. During our team dynamics day, we try to pursue the feeling of team unity through connecting exercises.

This fun team dynamics day is all about increasing confidence in the team. Different topics will be covered depending on the duration of the activity:

Activating team dynamics exercises with the entire team
Activating do-session* (e.g. cooking healthy food together).
Increasing psychological safety in the team. We look at the question: what can we do as a team to get closer together, to make the team function better and have more trust?
Building trust through active exercises or connecting conversation exercises
Theoretical and practical section on communication
Compliments exercises

*Extra charge for the do-session, depending on the chosen activity (e.g. cooking demo)

This activity can be held in Drenthe, Flevoland, Friesland, Gelderland, Groningen, Limburg, Noord-Brabant, Noord-Holland, Overijssel, Utrecht, Zeeland and Zuid-Holland .
