In the beach sports activity you can choose from; beach volleyball, beach soccer, beach handball, foot volleyball and ultimate frisbee or a combination of these.

Depending on the number of participants there will be played in tournament form. In all activities the standard rules are used except for a few minor adjustments such as the number of players and the size of the field. To make sure all parts are fair and to keep the tournament schedule in line, everything is arranged by a supervisor.

This activity can be held in Drenthe, Flevoland, Friesland, Gelderland, Groningen, Limburg, Noord-Brabant, Noord-Holland, Overijssel, Utrecht, Zeeland and Zuid-Holland .
