Everyone possesses a Marine’s mindset within them. A mindset that pushes you further and assists you when times are tough. A mindset that persists in action despite thoughts of quitting until the goal is achieved.

What will you do? You will step out of your comfort zones together. Everyone learns how to extract the maximum from themselves, express what’s important to them, and find the best way for the team to assist each other in that regard. Not in a dull classroom, but by taking action outdoors!

Of course, we won’t be in motion the entire time; the day also involves conversations and theory. This way, the team gains deeper insights about themselves and each other. In this training, our experience from the Marines, knowledge from performance psychology, and the creative thinking of the Art Academy come to the forefront.

During the training, we’ll observe how the group behaves. These findings (observations) will be evaluated and shared with you in a report afterward. This way, you can build upon them and initiate a structural improvement.
