You will provide your personal strength and push your limits, maximising this potential for power. Firewalking is the ultimate metaphor for courage, boldness and decisiveness.

Participants experience how, through focus, courage and decisiveness, they can push their limits. With the following exercises, participants step by step strengthen their focus, courage and decisiveness, enabling them to safely walk across a path of hot coals. Possible exercises during this activity:

Shelf challenge: you smash through a plank with your bare hands. Goal: strengthen your focus, courage and decisiveness
The Trust Fall: let yourself fall from about 1 metre and be caught by your colleagues
Arrow Breakthrough: you break an arrow at your throat. Goal: experience your fear and still dare to take action: courage!
Bar Challenge: together with 1 colleague you bend a 10 mm steel bar on your throat. Goal: overcome fears together
Workshop firewalking: with your bare feet over a path of hot coals. Goal: overcome your fears and experience your unique strength
