The team is scrutinised and active exercises are used to reflect and gain insights into underlying team dynamics and existing team patterns.

The Team Coaching workshop provides an opportunity for a team to get to work on better understanding how the current team functions. The workshop offers insights into current team dynamics and the effect this has (often unconsciously) on the overall functioning, atmosphere and performance of the team. The benefits gained from team coaching are lasting!

The Team Coach functions as a mirror and stands completely outside the team. He/she provides brief ‘injections’ in the form of assignments, reflection questions or naming salient observations.  The team is encouraged to function autonomously, to learn to look at their own way of communicating, dealing with each other and their systemic approach during team discussions, assignments or when performing tasks.

The aim is to teach the team a reflex of self-improvement at team level by encouraging them to become a learning team. During the Team Coaching Workshop, we always work on a concrete action plan so that the team can autonomously follow up and continue to monitor their goals.
