In this workshop you will work with surprising combinations of healthy recipes. The jars contain (h)honestly pure and energy-giving ingredients, adapted to each season. Behind the jar is a specific stacking technique that ensures the salad stays fresh for several days in the fridge. The ideal mealprep technique for a healthy weekly routine!

In the composition of the jars, you vary endlessly! The lunch meals contain a collection of proteins, healthy fats, spices and slow carbohydrates. It is a full vegetarian or vegan meal processed in an ecological weck jar.
