In recent years, this passionate beer and chocolate lover has devoted himself to create successful combinations between the two top Belgian products. He conveys to you his passion for delicious local beers and surprising chocolate flavours through interesting stories laced with humour.
The local, artisanal beers offer a harmonious taste with the chocolate or just go for a spicy contrast. With fun know-it-alls and juicy beer stories, I take you through the rich and fascinating history of our Belgian beer. Why is Belgium the beer and chocolate country? Is it a coincidence why there are so many references to beer in our Dutch language? How best to taste, smell and enjoy beer & chocolate?
